1How do I add a new employee?

Use the Manager Form. Complete the employee details and payroll information.

After we receive the form, we send the employee an email with a unique link to complete their Bank Details, Super Fund, Tax File Number etc. Once the employee has completed their details we receive an email notification, we can then add their payroll information and finalise their employee profile. The employee will then be active in the payroll system.

2 How do I enter timesheets?

Once you’re logged in, click the “Create Timesheets” button on the Employee Management home screen as shown below. Read more

3 How do I approve timesheets?

4How do I edit an already approved timesheet?

*If a timesheet has already been approved or rejected, you must undo this process to edit it. Select the relevant timesheet(s) and click the Undo Timesheet button – this will revert the selected timesheet to its previous “submitted” state, the blue pencil icon will now appear on the far right-hand side of the timesheet line giving you the option to edit the timesheet. Click on the blue pencil icon and make amendments on the overlay which opens. Remember to approve your timesheet after all changes have been made. Read more
